It’s worth noting that both destinations will be busier during this time, so factor this into your decision. 

For most of the year, San Francisco is typically 8 hours behind the UK, while Hawaii is generally 11 hours behind year-round.

There’s also a slight time difference between San Francisco and Hawaii, as San Francisco follows Pacific Time (PT), whereas Hawaii operates in Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Typically, San Francisco is 2 hours ahead of Hawaii. However, be aware that the US (including San Francisco) observes Daylight Saving Time from March to November, which reduces the time difference to just 1 hour.
