New York Highlights
New York is a must-visit destination on everyone’s list. A towering cityscape full of iconic buildings that is infused with beautiful green spaces and awash with people, history, colour and some of the best food you’ll ever eat. It’s difficult to overstate how magical ‘The City that Never Sleeps’ really is, but once you’re here, she’s yours to discover.
The City of Landmarks
New York City is home to striking and often revolutionary architecture in the form of glossy skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building, the Art Deco style of the Chrysler Building and the quirkiness of the Flatiron Building. Its famous landmarks also include contemporary museums, expansive parks and historic monuments, all waiting to be explored.
Fabulous Shopping
New York City is renowned worldwide for its iconic shopping opportunities, from the legendary elegance of Fifth Avenue and Macy’s - an 11-story department store in Herald Square - to the scores of retro clothing shops and bustling neighbourhood flea markets. So, in our opinion, you may need another suitcase!
World-class Dining
There is a melting pot of different cultures, flavours and styles in New York, which is reflected in its ever-revolving cornucopia of restaurants, bars and cafés in all corners of the city. There are long-standing establishments serving up classic dishes within a familial, community atmosphere, as well as Michelin-starred fine dining spots and pop-up food stands - both packing a punch with equally delicious fare.
Amazing Experiences
New York is abundant with once-in-a-lifetime experiences, whether it’s catching a Broadway show, taking flight in a helicopter ride over the Statue of Liberty or riding a horse and carriage through Central Park. Yet, excitement can be found even in the seemingly routine; hail down a famous yellow taxi, navigate the frenetic subway system or gaze through the shop window at Tiffany & Co. for a truly unforgettable experience.
Mexico Highlights
There is no place like Mexico. Known around the world for its unique blend of picture-perfect beaches, eclectic culture, historical curiosities and of course its fiery food, this is a destination on everyone’s bucket list. And once you’ve been, you’ll want to return again and again!
Flawless Beaches
The true definition of paradise. Mexico’s beaches are among some of the best in the world, with an abundance of diving opportunities and various watersports in its turquoise waters, or simply sunbathing and building sandcastles on its endless stretches of pristine shoreline.
Iconic Meals
Replicated the world over but never as good as the real thing. Visiting Mexico gives you the chance to try some of its most iconic and spiciest cuisines using the freshest local ingredients, traditionally cooked and served up in the most inspirational settings. Think tacos, enchiladas, huevos rancheros, burritos and so much more!

Mexico has a rich and vibrant culture dating back to its fascinating ancient Mayan and Aztec civilisations, and more recently its Spanish influences. From the food, arts, music and dance of its traditional customs to its archaeological marvels and diverse towns and cities, Mexico is a wonder for exploration and discovery.

Mexico boasts big, sprawling cities like Mexico City, Guadalajara and the border town of Tijuana, which are profuse with cultural festivals, historical sites and excellent dining scenes. Want to shop like an authentic New Yorker? Head outside of the city centre to the neighbourhoods of Williamsburg in Brooklyn and Greenwich Village (known as ‘The Village’), where thrifty finds and one-of-a-kind pieces are guaranteed.
No visit to New York is complete without a trip to Central Park! Nestled between the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, this expansive urban green space is a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, with walking and cycling paths, and plenty of picnic spots.

Wondering what to pack for your multi-centre holidays to New York and Mexico? If you’re visiting New York in spring or fall, make sure you’ve got plenty of layers with you as the temperature will be relatively cooler than during the summer months. If you are visiting between June-August, then it’s the opposite story - you’ll want breathable clothing to help you to stay cool. Regardless of what time of year you visit, you’ll definitely need a pair of comfy, sturdy shoes, as touring the city by foot means you’ll rack up an impressive step count.
In Mexico, you’ll want to pack for a beach holiday, as the temperature will be much warmer. Bring lots of swimwear choices, sunglasses, and a hat, and make sure you’ve got a lightweight jacket for wandering around after sunset.
