Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside 2025 & 2026

Standard Rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside offer a beautiful space for you to rest up in after your exciting days at Walt Disney World. These rooms feature two cosy queen-size beds and lovely furniture to splay out on. Kick back and watch your own wall-mounted flat screen television, preen and pamper in the lovely bathroom with gorgeous mirrors, and fall in love with the splendid décor of this fabulous room. 

Providing a welcoming place to unwind, you’ll feel right at home in these lovely rooms. Featuring views of the lush garden outside, and plenty of amenities, your family will have everything they need. There are two queen sized beds, sleeping up to four with an intricate painting of plantation homes from the Antebellum era on the headboard. You’ll also have a coffee maker, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, and free Wi-Fi. 

Views of the landscaping, courtyard, garden, or the bayou can be seen from the Preferred Rooms. Plus, the rooms are located right in the heart of the action and close by Sassagoula Steamboat Company, dining, shopping and transportation services. The rooms can accommodate up to five adults and will have two queen beds and one child-size pull-down bed. TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, and Wi-Fi can also be found in the rooms. 

Royal Guest Rooms are amazing accommodations for those looking for truly magical rooms to call you own throughout your stay at Walt Disney World. Inside you’ll find elaborate paintings of star-dusted landscapes from the Disney universe, which illuminate thanks to the LED lighting. There are also lovely frames of Disney princes and princesses posing together in various locations. You’ll even find Aladdin’s magic carpet if you look close enough. 

Boatwright’s Dining Hall is bursting with amazing foodstuffs from port to starboard! Enjoy southern hospitality in this relaxed diner which features hanging lanterns, metal shop tools and wooden boat hull frames held over the hall for a real authentic shipyard atmosphere. Enjoy southern-style cooking including dishes like catfish, grilled pork, prime rib, steaks and more.  

Get a well-rounded taste of the south when you eat at Riverside Mill Food Court, where you can find some of the most delicious meals among six different food stations. Such include a bakery, a grill, pizza and pasta station, a specialities section, salad and carving station. With such an eclectic selection on hand, you certainly won’t be stuck for choices when you arrive here. What’s more, eating here means dining by a beautiful setting next to the food court’s beautiful big mill wheel. 

Although primarily a bar, River Roost serves some great light bites to accompany your drinking sessions. Available from 5pm until 11pm, you can enjoy delights like juicy burgers, loaded potato puffs, bayou wings, and southern fish and chips. Served in a classic setting with some amazing live music too, you’ll feel like you’ve been warped back to New Orleans in the olden days when you visit this lovely bar.

At the end of your evenings at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, you can kick back and relax by watching your favourite Disney movies in a beautiful outdoor setting. On select nights, you can find a good spot on the greens of Oak Manor’s courtyard, where you can watch classics like The Little Mermaid, Cars, Inside Out and newer movies like Zootopia and Black Panther.  

If you fancy going on a leisurely bike ride during your stay at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside, you’ll have the perfect chance to do so when you take up the resort’s excellent bike rental service. Travel Port Orleans – Riverside’s beautifully scenic waterfront promenade on two wheels, and even ride in pairs or fours when you hire a Surrey bike. 

Let the kids burn off that excess energy at the resort’s playground, the perfect place to take them if they weren’t already exhausted from the theme parks. They’ll have a great time using swings, slides, monkey bars, noughts and crosses and more while you parents take five from the craziness of a theme park holiday.
