This month we’re highlighting our most popular villa, Highgate at Legacy Park - Ocean – 004. A great pick for families, it’s spacious, in a prime location and has an impressive games room. You'll soon see why its our villa of the month.
Highgate at Legacy Park is a stunning villa community located in the Davenport area. Close to all of the action, this villa is close to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld. As well as this, guests are never too far from the local supermarket, shops and restaurants with Berry Town Center just moments away.
The villa is everything you’d expect from a Floridian home. Detached, tall white columns, double garage and windows which flood the villa with light. There’s a driveway to the front with space for a hire car and a small front garden. As you’d imagine, palm trees are dotted along the all-so-perfect street.
The inside is just as good as the outside, there’s tons of space for the kids to let loose, areas for the grown-ups to chill out and all of the amenities you’d need on holiday. Sleeping up to eight people, this modern villa has four spacious bedrooms and stands out for the grand master suite which incorporates a quiet sitting area. Comfort is of the utmost importance and all of the bedrooms have quality bed linen and mattresses. What’s more, they all include a TV/DVD player so you can spend some quiet time, snuggled under the covers.
If you love to cook then you can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or alternatively, make use of the restaurants nearby. There’s a choice of the dining room or the outside table and chairs to tuck in to meals.
The sitting room is complete with a corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard, there’s plenty of room for the family to spend quality time together.
Our favourite part of the house is the games room. Grownups and kids alike will love battling it out on the pool table or air hockey table (looser always does the washing up!). The generous outside patio area and pool stands out from the rest. The kids can swim and play to their heart’s content, there’s also enough room for the adults to chill out with a glass of wine or two on the patio.
The spa area adjacent to the pool is waiting for you to take a dip. This little slice of sanctuary in the bustling city of Orlando will become a personal haven if you see relaxation after a busy day exploring. Bliss!
