Kraken at SeaWorld
The
Kraken at SeaWorld is described as a monster coaster and it doesn’t disappoint. So if exhilarating roller coasters are top of your list, then this ride is for you. Big thrills come in the form of no floor, dizzy heights with the wind in your face and stomach-dropping dips, as well as lots of spiralling around. Nobody will hear you scream...
Wet ‘n Wild’s Storm
If you’re looking for adrenalin-fuelled thrills, then hop on Storm. The ride is described as a swirling body coaster. You’ll be dropped into an open bowl from up high and then spiral through its funnel until you are dropped into the water. It doesn’t get wetter than this.
Raging Rapids, Rapids Water Park, West Palm Beach
The Raging Rapids is a ride the whole family can enjoy together. The fun starts by sharing a raft which takes you looping through an enclosed flume, before the drops and dips start. The finale? You end in a huge splashdown into the water. No one stays dry.
Dolphin Plunge, Aquatica
The name doesn’t disappoint, as Dolphin Plunge has you speeding through transparent underwater tubes as dolphins swim alongside you. It’s a race to the finish – will you beat the dolphins? Maybe with a bit more practice. Dolphin Plunge is a great experience for the whole family, but check height and weight restrictions before the little ones get too excited.
Dudley Do-Rights at Universal’s Islands of Adventure
This cosy ride sees you snugly fitted into a log-flume with lap bars and four other people. There are dramatic drops and dips to keep you thrilled, and you’re sure to get soaked before you get to the end of the ride. Watch out for that bounce.
Top tip: Always check minimum heights before you go so that no one is disappointed.
