Universal Orlando Resort has announced a brand spanking new nighttime show coming to Universal Studios in Summer 2018. Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration will finish an exciting day at the parks, providing a jaw-dropping cinema experience under the stars.
So, what do we know?
Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration will take place in the lagoon and will blow the previous show out of the water. Witness spellbinding moments from the Harry Potter series, the roar of dinosaurs from Jurassic World, comical mischief from the Despicable Me Minions plus, the adrenaline rush from The Fast & Furious, and so much more.
Watch as the water screens display the iconic movie snippets, just like the previous show. Pyrotechnics and 120 dancing fountains with projection mapping will bring the show to life. The entire waterfront of the lagoon and surrounding buildings will transform into a vibrant celebration of epic movie moments.
What’s more, Universal will be building a brand new, permanent viewing platform in the Central Park area, so you’ll be able to see the show come to life.
