The first ever development of its kind, iSquare Mall & Hotel will be situated on 5600 International Drive on the intersection of one of
Florida’s busiest tourism corridors. The project will be led by BlackMINE Group, adopting a completely green approach with the use of innovative technologies that will vastly regenerate and enhance the area.
North America’s first 7-star hotel will be the star attraction of the development, spanning across 27 floors and comprising of 750 hotel rooms, an array of high end restaurants, boutiques and shopping as well as numerous swimming pools, observation platforms ,a modern performance theatre, an indoor ice skating rink, a helipad and a rotating restaurant.
All of the above is expected to be completed by the summer of 2017, bringing in the best contractors for the job, inclusive of The HBA Group, Balfour Beatty, Scott Architects & Interior Design and Magley Design.
iSqaure Mall & Hotel will not only benefit tourists staying in the International Drive area, offering something that nowhere else in North America has, but will also provide more than 2,000 jobs to the local community.
