Orlando

Walt Disney World

If youre in Orlando, Walt Disney World is the perfect, most magical place to spend New Years Eve as a family. Depending on what it is youre after, theres a variety of different options for New Years celebrations.

Head to the Magic Kingdom Park and soak in a dazzling firework display, or take in the sights at Disneys Hollywood Studios with live music and creative cocktails.

You can even head to Epcot and experience a variety of cultural celebrations - including Morocco, Italy, China, France, UK and the USA.

Key West

If youre in Key West for New Years you can head over to Sloppy Joes for the annual dropping of the Conch Shell on Duval Street. You can throw on some spectacular New Years attire or just mingle in your beachwear - anything goes!

Most doddle around Duval Street, grab a bite to eat and a drink, and then come 10pm, everyone gathers at Sloppy Joes for the entertainment, where you then dance the night away. When midnight hits, the Conch Shell is lowered to celebrate the beginning of a New Year, and the streets are filled with lights, streamers and confetti.

Panama City Beach

Panama City Beach offers a great family celebration. With family favourites including face painting, costumed characters and giveaways, plus plenty of live entertainment, this is sure to be a celebration that both you and the kids will love.

At 8pm, 10,000 inflated beach balls are released along Pier Parks beachfront boardwalk. The celebration fully kicks off at 8:30pm with an evening of live music performances and, come midnight, the 800 pound LED lighted beach ball descends nearly 100 feet and is followed by a fantastic firework display to ring in the New Year.

Bayfront Park, Miami
